I have heard about the O-ring issue on the oil pick up tube.
My new to me 2013 SSV now has 125,000 miles on it. It had 122,000 when I got it from the police auction.
It seems to have the oiling issue developing. Pressure is about 25# at idle, about 42# at 2000 - 3000 RPM.
I tried the over fill by a quart just before oil change, probably helped.
I am thinking of really fixing it by changing the pump rather than just a new O-ring.
Either job will require me getting some help with the wrenching but the oil pump won't coast me a lot more to do.
Any advice on a good high volume/pressure pump to use? Aftermarket?
