I see the difference in the water pump pics but what the hell is the question? The pump size difference means a different pump is needed if the one that fits is no good.

Yeah - Got me hanging. One would think that you would just buy a water pump based on the motor its getting bolted to and not the chassis it's going into.

Yea, but he said something about the intake and the water pump does not bolt on to the intake. I am at a loss.

I'll bet he's not even sure of what he is attempting. Thats not a vortec timing cover, sooooo,,,, Is it gonna have a carb and constant flashing lights on the dash and a tranny that wont shift?
