Well phase one in the books. We spent about 6 hours today replacing the fuel pump/strainer, the fuel filter and 2 u joints. I'm happy to report that it started right up and no more clicking sound. I do still get a thump when I go from park to reverse but I'm almost positive that's the parking brake that's sticking. Here's what's left:

fix AC - leak somewhere
replace brakes - front and back
replace water pump
flush radiator
new plugs, wires, dist cap and rotor
find and fix electrical short that keeps blowing my turn signal fuse

I'm not out of the woods and looking at that list not even close to being done but she is running again and I can take my time with those things except for the AC.

Electrical problems are the worst. I can't wait to go drive it around a bit. It's been 2 months.
