The slow rise to lean-ness is almost 95% the result of a vacuum leak. I am beginning to think that as the truck warms up, it is expanding a hose/gasket causing un-metered air to leak in. I would start checking gaskets and shit like that. Is it possible that the charger/head are not fully sealed?

On second thought, do you happen to have a spare MAF to try out? Reason being, you mention it doesn't like to be revv'd higher than 1200 and typically this is where the limp mode comes into play.

We will have my MAF I guess..mine isn't behaving 100% anyway but at least we could try.

Agreed on the vac line, it's something related to pressure. There wasn't any fuel in the fuel pressure regulator vac line though. Going to do a fuel pressure test today.

Weird having someone else work on my truck, especially 4 hours away. I've had Boss' truck since Sun night and a couple neighbors, co-workers, and even a repeat customer asked if I painted my truck, lol. I guess with the same wheels and drop it looks similar.
Anyway, narrowed one problem down to a open or shorted injector circuit. So we should be back on the road this weekend. Hopefully....

Do you have a P0200 code? You should get that code if it was an open circuit.
