out daytime running light

I just bought a 2007 suburban and it had an out DRL. I replaced the headlamps, all bulbs and both driver and passenger side wireing harnesses, still nothing. Anybody know what's wrong? Is this common? Please tell me I don't have to take the headlamp out again.

Did you check the fuse?
Right and Left have separate fuses

I just checked the fuses and they all look good. What else could it be?
