Outside temp on mirror

Hey everybody, im hoping this is a stupid question. But the temp on my mirror has never worked since I bought it. The navigation ( north, south, west, east) work, but when I switch to the temp it just says O/C.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance

O/C = Open Circuit

It's probably either a short, cut, or un-plugged. Check behind the bumper for the sensor and follow the wires looking for any issues. You could also pull the plug from the mirror and check resistance.
