P.A horn for CB radio suggestions?

finnally gonna get the CB radio installed soon...i want to put the horn under the hood to use the p.a system. the installer told me to make sure i get a quality one with quality wiring so it doesnt brake when i come back for him to do the install. anyone got suggestions? im thinking about this one even though its 60 bucks.

CB Radio PA are at most 8 watts and many are 5 watts. No use getting a 100 watt horn, stick with the smaller ones. I used to use Marine Loud Hailers such as Standard Horizon in all my cars but even they were at most 25-50 watts. You can get a Whelen PA and Electric Air Horn without the sirens and use a Whelen 100 watt horn, it'll run a about $350 but when you key the mike, you'll be heard. 8 watts is only good for when sitting still.

the first speaker you referenced is probably going to last you for many years, the second one is junk garbage, im going to mount this one in mine one of these days

is there a way to put an amp between the cb and the horn? if that makes sense.

yes pretty easy to do, I prefer the old school simple way with a kraco or sparkomatic or something like that but there's probably something else like that out there somewhere, or just run a small car audio amp for it just using one channel.

can one of you guys suggest a proper amp for this type of installation with the speaker i posted? i want the PA system to be loud in case i need to shout in an emergency at someone or when im at a construction site.
