Yesterday I had been driving normally at about 55 mph for half an hour when the ses light appears. I didn't notice any change in performance until I stopped at a stop sign. When I began to accelerate there was absolutely no power. It seems to start out in 3rd gear and only change to 4th. No 1st, 2nd, or overdrive. It threw the code P0785. (Shift Timing Solenoid). I disconnect the battery for a while, the light was gone and it drove as though nothing was wrong with it for about 5 miles and then the same thing happened. any ideas?

i thought of that only with a little googling i saw that sometimes it could be a faulty ignition switch, pcm or wiring. so i was just wondering if anyone else had any experience with this issue. such as troubleshooting steps.
