I finally got a hold of a code reader and found out my 99 threw a misfire code. I actually first seen the code a month ago, then it went away for a couple weeks and now it has returned.
What are some of the solutions to this? I will do a full tune up with ac delco parts, but what could it possibly be, worst case scenario?
I do not tow anything, and I don't drive it hard. I actually haven't even drove it since the code, but is it damaging to drive a little with a cylinder misfire?
btw, my Tahoe has 142k miles.
