So let me start from the begining. At first I was battling a P0300. I installed new MPFI. Didnt fix it so i put new plugs, wire, cap, and rotor. Now no more P0300. Then about 4 days ago the SES light popped up and now have a P0430. So I repleced the O2 sensor. Went on a trip right after replacing the sensor. So drove the whole 3.5 hr trip with no issues cruise was set at 75 on turnpike and even got up to 95mph once. Tahoe set for about day and half and then on the way back yesterday the SES light came back on and its P0430 agian.

Sounds to me like your CAT is bad. You can throw all the O2 sensors you want at it and they'll keep doing what they are supposed to do; tell you when the CAT is bad. Can you remember if the O2 you replaced was post CAT?
