Hey guys, thanks for taking the time to read this.

I got a tuned ECU from you guys back in October for my 99 OBS 2dr Tahoe and my mechanic is getting P1631 code when trying to start the engine. He has gone through the re-learn sequence twice and can't get it to start.

I was curious if you guys might have any suggestions or if I may have given you the wrong VIN no. etc.?

That code means that the security relearn (different from the crank relearn) has not been completed.

The procedure is listed on the document that came with the PCM.
