I'm thinking about painting the wiper cowl on the truck and the Z. I used this stuff to keep my neighbor from stealing my other trash can a few months back (put my address on it), and its holding up. Should I use this stuff since I already have it on hand? Opinions? (The paint color is black btw)

Why would your neighbor steal your trash cans??? He doesn't have $10 to go up to Lowe's and buy his own??

I meant I know the paint in the can was black :D

It blew across the street one night then a month later I saw them using it inside their fence. I went over there and asked if they found it and the lady said "no they bought it and they have had it a while. Ever since then they have had their trash out on the curb in bags only.

What the hell is a wiper cowl and a Z? Is that the plastic piece that the wiper shafts go through and that fills the space between the windshield and the hood? Ive only ever heard of "cowl" as in a cowl hood.

Yes the wiper cowl is that black piece that the wipers stick through between the windshield and the hood.
