Has anyone ever tried painting the plastic door trim on an LT Tahoe? When I bought it, one had been replaced, but the other three are pretty bad. I'm trying to figure out if I can paint and clear coat it to match the newer one... These seem like a pain to find online replacements, so if you know where I can find some that are already colored that would help a lot! The other option..... Taking all of them off completely and debadging the chrome lettering too. I wouldn't mind seeing some photos of this done if you have any!
