Hi all.
I'm going to knock out several projects on the front of the truck at once - headlights, push bar, front hitch, grille inserts etc so I'm planning everything.
For headlights, after much debating on HIDs, I finally said heck with it and decided not to go that route - got this Anzo set coming.
I never noticed before, but whoever had my otherwise pristine Tahoe before me just put bulbs in the front all willy nilly. The front driving/turn signals have two whites on one side, one white and one amber on the other. The corner signals have a white and an amber each under the orange housings.
OK - I know I need amber bulbs in the corners since I'm replacing the orange lenses with clear, but what about the front - is that just personal preference? I see all white, all amber, and one of each.
All else being equal, I'd like to put in some bright white replacements - every little lumen helps.
Is there any science or legality to picking out front bulbs?
Thanks for looking.
