anyone know or can point me in the direction of the GM part numbers for the 3 transmission cooler lines?

How did this work out? Just make sure you know if your Tahoe has an auxillary cooler or not. Also make sure you take out the old lines very carefully. Sometimes the new lines are not perfectly bent correctly and you have to adjust. This way you can compare the old to the new.
