I have a 03 Yukon that keeps coming up with a right rear door ajar message every time i put the truck into gear, even though the door is clearly shut. To try to fix the issue , i have replaced the door lock actuator, and BCM under the dash. I also checked the wiring with a volt meter to see if was a cut in the link , which there wasn't. Anyone have a idea, what this issue could be?

how abut the latch mechanism itself? You can also try pushing it to the closed positin and shoot a bunch of electric contact cleaner or wd40 into the latch. Wipe of the excess, then pull on the handle to pop the latch back open. Close and open the door a few dozen times to exercise the latch; the switch is located in the latch assembly.
