Passenger Power seat...not working

New to this forum...just got a 04 Denali. love it but found out that passenger power seat not working. The swith to adjust the lumbar and the back of the seat work fine. The switch to move the seat forward and backward not working...what coould it be? Any suggestions? I checked all fuses and look fine

If you hear noise as if there is power to the seat, then most likely the mechanism (gears, rod) is broke.

If this is not the case and you are saying that the backrest works fine, then I would imagine your switch is either not properly plugged in or it is a bad switch.

my 07 classic is doing the same thing..

My research shows there is a connector in the PDM (passanger door module) that gets a loose connection.

I'm planning on sorting this out soon
