Passenger side mirror shroud.

Hey guys, I need some help here. I destroyed my passenger side mirror shroud and need to replace it but I can't figure out how to do that. I have power mirrors and the connector boot on the wires is bigger than the hole through which it feeds. I'll try to get some pictures soon, but my phone (read camera) just went to hell on me.

could carefully mark wires for proper location and remove from connector to feed thru.

I'm thinking about it, someone told me today that I might need to take the door apart. Not excited about trying that.
