Today I filled up and averaged my MPG and got 18.3. I was very happy happy happy!

Factory. Have flow aster muffler and a k&n filter. The main thing that contributed was the roads I was on. I drove a lot on 55MPH roads and caught stoplights. No amazing secrets. Just driving at 55-60 without stopping much.

Yeah I usually do about 17-20 MPG when there is no wind or wine towards me, 55-60Mph and the freeway is pretty level. Occasionally doing 10-12 MPG uphill. Avg. highway and street 14.4 MPG

Need to drive with a softer foot. Keep is below 2,300 around town you will notice major improvements

Very true. I went from $400-$500 a month for gas with a heavy foot (75-90MPH) commute to work to $200-$250 a month with softer foot (55-65MPH) and plenty of extra time.

With PwtrSS_OakCliff = 18-20 highway. Totally stock 2005 XL/SLT.
Personal best = 21.4 setting cruise on 60mph non-stop Jersey-to-Maryand thru Delaware on Rt 1/301
