Riding next to this RR today. Noticed his center caps do not spin. They float so that the RR is always centered and orientated in the proper position.

For a windmill? We have lots of windmill farms around here. Use to see a lot of those blades getting shipped in when they were setting the windmills up
You know it. You couldn't even get into the rest area this morning. 6 blades had it all fugged up.
