What all is involved in adding a SC to the vortec 5.3's ???i wanna do that or a twin turbo set/up. it looks superbadass congrats

Pretty easy, superchargers just sit on top of the engine. You will have to install other parts (depending on if you have an intercooled version or not). Mine was installed in less than 4 hours.

Most SC kits start at $5000 and go up from there.
