Has anyone installed these with the trans still in the vehicle? Sounds like it's doable from what I have read.

Good question. I know the shop did mine while the tranny was out, but it was removed when I had the torque converter replaced.

Last weekend I finished installing the sk 4l60e shift kit, 1-2 pinless kit and corvette servo.

Just to let you know the 1-2 pinless needs 2 metal balls hammered into where the metal pin use to be so it might be difficult depending on the space and angle.

I didn't do the pinless for 3-4 as the shift kit provided a new spring for there while the 1-2 had a plastic diaphragm so it needing replacement.
