Please help 92 c1500

Ok long story short my truck is driving me crazy. When i floor it from a stop it will accelerate but then stall at about 3 grand. Then it will pick back up and shift but sometimes it stalls out twice. Feels like it runs out of fuel or something. I have already replace 2 fuel pumps, fuel filter, plugs, distributer cap, and rotor, And also rebuilt throttle body and fuel pressure regulator and none of this fixed it. Any help would be great guys. Thanks. There are no check engine lights on.

either lack or air or fuel is what it seems like what about barely stepping on it?

no it drives fine under normal driving. it won't even do it if you floor it in second. Its just that first hard pull.
