SOLVED: Please help identify this noise

I vote for either that AC compressor or the fan hitting a piece of the shroud. Or a bad bearing in the electric fan.

Although I'm voting for the AC compressor or the fan blade hitting something....Doubeleive in the above post is correct. LOL, it does sound exactly like the air compressor at the other end of the vehicle underneath. Sound does travel in bizarre ways under the vehicle..... However my vote is based on the volume which to me sounds fairly close in proximity to where the recording was done. But I have to admit, it's not the first time sound through me off :) so yes, pull the fuse to the compressor just to rule it out if possible.

It is indeed the air compressor. Pulled the AC compressor fuse then stood back by the air compressor. Loud as heck!
