Please help me with the part number and part name associated with this on a 04 Tahoe

Anyone know the name of this part? It looks like its worn out. I just purchased the truck and I'm hearing a clunking sound on the front end. Where can I order it and what tools are needed? Thanks in advance.

It's a factory bump stop. Looks beat up & could be replaced but it's not going to causing your noise. Removal is easy...grab, twist, & pull...no tools needed. I don't know a part number...
