I have a 03 yukon SLT I'm wondering if it's possible for me to change
The exterior D pillar covers to that of the escalade of the same body style
If I can do so, what's the correct name of the part so I can search ebay

Yes you can, it has been done and documented many times on here. Try searching "escalade appliques"

Wow I didn't think it would be hard to find the 2 rear appliqués from an 00-06 escalade to
Swamp on my yukie but I'm having a hard time I wonder if the dealer has em?!?!
Does anyone have part number for these....
