plug n play tow mirrors?

Hey everyone, actually just bought a 2004 gmc sierra, but im just assuming that this should be the same between yukons and sierras. Anyhow, all the tow mirrors they are advertising on ebay come with power/heated/signals.

The truck i have has power mirrors, possibly heated (im not really sure) but no signals in the mirrors. If i buy the mirrors with signals am i going to have to wire them into the turn signals myself? Or is it completely just plug and play?

Yes, if you do not have the signal mirrors already you WILL need to splice into the turn signal wires in order for them to work.

Problem is you'll have to read closely. There's a lot of them that work for this and that but you have to make sure that you match up functions, the power fold, puddle lights, turn signals, heat, and memory function. Those are the 5 stipulations you have to look out for. The harnesses will be different for each I'm sure.
My tahoe has all five functions available and I'm not sure that one with four of the five will have the right plug for my application.
