You can order them new, they are pretty expensive. Here are the GM part numbers;

09596468 Wheels (Quantity = 1) (4 needed)
09597673 Wheel Caps (Quantity = 1) (4 Needed)(includes spacers and retainers)
09596070 Lug Nut (24 Needed)

I bought 5 grey Silverado steel wheels for $10ea locally and had them powder coated black for $45ea. They turned out really good.

Those are spare tire wheels, not the Police (PPV) wheels. They ship all the Escalades with those to the dealer and throw them out when the customer picks which wheels they want.
