thanks for the reply's guys... my boss told me about SEM paint which is supposed to be a lower priced paint that does 'almost' the same thing. But after spending some time on POR 15 website, I'm convinced. Looking forward to spring for some warm weather to get started....

Recommended, I used it on my off roader and it has held up, I used a clear on the hood which was just rusting and it arrested it just like that and fools a lot of ppl to think that the hood is rusting. It goes on like water and smooths itself out. In supporting the others, it would be good to remove any flaky rust and lightly grind it down.
Option: You can use clear / wait for half the length of time for it to cure (sticky to the touch) and spray bomb with your color of choice. This is what I did for my off roader as they did not have what I wanted.

Ive only gotten around to covering half my frame with it so far, but I love the stuff and definitely recommend it, even though it is kinda pricey
