Is it possible to wire a 12 400w 4ohms where the stock 8 is without an aftermarket amp? I just want it to make little bass cuz the stock 8 got blown and sounds awful when i listen to music loud. Connect it with the stock 8 in sub wires is it possible. Any help will be appreciated thx.

I mean to wire a 12 separate with the 8 wires? To disconnect the 8in sub and wire a single 12 4 ohms with a ported box. Is it possible to use the wires of the 8in to the 12in sub. I dont want to invest right now on a sub just want to hear a lil bass.

You would need either a dual 4 ohm sub wired to 2 ohms or a single 2 ohm sub. You can use a single 4 ohm sub but not sure how much power would actually get to it. Unhook the factory sub and hook up yours... That easy.

Having a hard time removing the cover from the sub. I already removed the side panels where the small speaker is and the back sit where the sit belt is. I just cant remove the top part where the window is, don't want to break it does it come off by pressure or do i have to pull it up cause its stuck with window?

Just pull straight out on that panel. Those clips are in there pretty good.

I just installed it and all i can say is wow what a difference from the factory 8in. I could even feel the bass a lil on the seat , speechless never thought it would sound that good. Now my question is could it damage the factory amp or something else?

I think if you were going from an 4ohm to a 2ohm you may have a problem and over heat the amp. But you are going from a 2ohm to a 4ohm so I'd say you'd be fine, but i'm no expert.
