I saw another member on here powder coat the CK916's and it looks really good. They're the wheels in the For Sale section. He said it looks polished but he powder coated it "super chrome".
The inside of my CK375 replica's are peeling bad due to living in Colorado for a whopping one year. I'm guessing the salt on the roads and the other chemicals to clear the streets when its snowing ate away at it. I've had the wheels for two years now and on the outside they look good but the inside of the wheel straight up looks like shit. One of the wheels is starting to peel really bad on the inside.
Have any of you seen powder coated CK375's other then black? And if I do powder coat the wheels, will all my chrome trim on my vehicle look terrible with a polished wheel? I'm getting over chrome anyways and want to change it up. I am thinking about throwing these ck375 wheels powder coated on my 2009 Yukon Denali on 305/40/22 road tires and putting the new 2015 CK163's on the 33x12.50R22 Toyo MT's on my 2011 lifted Yukon... opinions? thoughts? pictures of powdercoated CK375's?? Anyone??
