Power liftgate stopped working today. Last weekend I noticed it sounded bad while operating. During the week, my wife mentioned it would lower half way and stop. Today, nothing. Similar issue last fall and they replaced (I think) the actuator. This is a car that really spends more time sitting in the driveway as the company car Escape is the main daily driver/grocery getter. Even on my first Escape, the power trunk was still going at 112k. Anyone else have issues with the power liftgate failing?
