Question. I'm starting to address the power lock system in my 96.
The power system has been down for a while. I got back into it and replaced the fuse that controls it. After a day or two it pops. The barn doors don't click over (motor may be bad) The passenger door tries to go but the lock is very stiff and cant over power it. I just replaced the whole handle assembly and its more fluid so I'll try it again soon.
The center cig lighter unit is not working either. I seem to recall reading a post somewhere that says these systems were somehow connected electrically? As in if the power lock system is malfunctioning that center lighter plug may go out to. I could be off on this. I suck at electrical systems.
Also I want to get the keyless entry up and going. Where is the receiver for this located? I couldnt tell by looking at the schematic since it was zoomed in down to about a foot or so.

ps. If anyone who reads this that has, or knows where I can track down a spare tire holder for a 2 door (the whole thing) drop me a line. Probably need to head to the junkyard.
