Power problem after rust treatment

I drive a 2000yukon xl and ever since my rust treatment I have a power issue.It started with a stall after start up to a full blown no power anywhere including radio on startup.I waited 45secs and then it started.Sometimes it starts and stalls after like the ecm was all mixed up? At first I though uh oh ecm toast but then I said wait...no power to cab anywhere sometimes means ecm is not culprit.
Can it be a bad ground from too much antirust treatment ?!? Which ground ?

I forgot to mention that 3 weeks ago I blew apart my transfer case but I had everything rebuilt.Nothing electrical was damaged but the harness to trans was hit by the driveshaft .I thought maybe neutral switch but it still doesn't explain why I lost all can power.Even my radio lost all memory settings?!?
