2017 Denali XL here. Every time it rains the next time I drive it, when the running boards cycle they dump out water. Even if the board body is aluminum, holding all that water can't be great for anything. (rusting anything that isn't Alum or stainless)
Has anyone dealt with this by drilling weep holes i the lower part of the boards so when they are stored they drain? If so where did you drill?
After multiple searches here I found nothing. Maybe no one cares?
