Power slot rotors???

Does anyone have any experience with Power Slot? I have always heard good things, but would like to hear from someone with them on a new gen. Tahoe. Anyways, I tow boats around in the summer and I need a good performance rotor that will last. I really dont want to spend a ton of $$$. But I can get all 4 Power Slot rotors for $500. And then I was thinking about just using OEM pads, or would it be better to go woth Hawk or something like that?

I would LOVE to do a Baer set up, but I cant spend $3K on brakes and since I am running stock 20" rims, I dont see the need regardless. But I do want a good looking, possibly cross drilled, but Power Slot is my first choice. Any help would be great.

we were talkin bout this mod on another thread few days agp about the slotted not being a good upgrade considering we do not do any tracc days in our trucc and the fact that the slotted will run thru brake pads faster then regular slots......

Love mine, been running powerslots on a dozen vehicles for the past 8 years and I've never had any issues. They wear pads just like normal rotors and dramatically increase stopping ability...especially at higher speeds.

The main reason for a performance rotor would be for the towing that I do. and, I have a feeling in the next year or so that I might be picking up some big wheels again.

No that's the plus kit that uses stock calipers with 14" rotors. If you're towing get the hawk LTS pads, I have yet to experience fading with my rotors/pads even pulling 6000lbs down the mountains.

Crap thats what I ment to say stock Calipers. I look at that kit but I couldn't find it on their website. They don't have them for 07 and up. I was looking at the SSBC ones that are 14"rotors that us stock calipers.

Max will those rotors fit behind the factory 17 inch wheels? on a nbs?

love the look imma have to invest in a set you say they are 14" rotors any daily driving benefit i dont do much towing here.
