Power window motor R&R

Hey All,

I need to replace the power window motor in the driver's side rear door.
I did the front driver's a while back, and for the life of me can't remember where I found the "DIY Step by Step". I remember removing the panel with the regulator and motor assembly attached. I then drilled out the rivets, but I don't remember how to deal with the spring while replacing the motor.

Any help?

if you find a maker for a new assembly for the rear left door please let me know. Can't seem to locate a new one anywhere.
