Took intake tube off and inspected it very close, didn't see anything wrong. Nothing felt loose as in the silencer or whatever it is. Went ahead and replaced air filter. After I didn't notice anything wrong I took tb off to make sure new gasket looked good. Still can't find leak anywhere. Even sprayed starting fluid on entire intake tube, sprayed entire engine again while watching fuel trims and nothing changes. Ams racing suggests intake gaskets but I've taken intake off 3 times since build and they are not leaking. If I stay under 50mph and drive like a grandma the sel won't come on. As soon as I get on it a little bit for more than a few seconds light comes on

Friend had me try and unplug map sensor and start and it fires up like normal no stumble. Plug sensor back in and it stumbles on start. Almost want to give throttle while starting. Never seen any of these codes before lifter- cam failure.

Those fuel trims are not showing lean, there is nothing that shows a problem with positive 4 percent fuel trims.

Was that log taken on flat ground at light throttle or going up an incline? If you were at light throttle on flat ground then there is a problem with the map sensor reporting properly. Your vac/pressure shows as just off wide open throttle in that log.

It is common to have a vac leak that shows low vac on the map reading from a vac hose or intake leak, but you would have big positive fuel trims to compensate if that were the case.

The correlation code comes from your Map reading reporting a certain kpa/psi while the Mass air flow sensor reports another, but when the computer compares the two numbers vs things like load and rpm, one or both shouldnt be reporting those numbers. It is sanity checks like that which keep cars from driving into walls if a throttle sticks for example.

Yes them screen shots were while cruising on flat ground. I did replace map sensor with delphi one but the live data didn't change. Same results with both sensors. Battery was dead today so I replaced at work on lunch and haven't driven it yet. Im a second- third shifter so I'm kinda excited to see what happens on my drive home

Its easy to chase problems and find them while creating others. Huck the old map not maf, in and duplicate the driving condtion while loggin. We breath around 14 psi, unless you are under a slight load, you should not be seeing 2 inches of vacuum or near 14 psi.

Fired the truck up after work and the oil pressure gauge pegged out! I shut the truck down as soon as I seen it maybe 5 seconds of run time. Checked oil and it looked good, maybe 200 miles on it. started back up and check engine light p0523. Sounded great so I decided to stay off the eway home, made it all the way home 36 miles no p0101 or p0106. I know all the parts have 186000 miles on them but dang another sensor lol. Gonna take the sensor off in the am and examine it. As for the p0101 and p0106 that usually only happens when traveling above 60 so wont know if them codes return till tomorrow. I will def record from torque tomorrow. Anything u would like to view to make it easier for u to diagnose? Im still learning and am very thankful for sites like this and members like u guys

Yes, i would like to see the psi/kpa at idle. Do me a favor and change your scanner config over the metric so i have an easier time with it and a little more resolution to what we are looking at. Your truck is showing near 100kpa at part throttle which is the same as having the throttle wide open. I would like to see it at idle to see if it is messed up on scale or something else.
Just keep in mind that those correlation codes happen when the map is where it should be while the maf is where it should be or visa versa.
This is a very simpe problem to sort out. You have it nailed down to verifying the reason why the map isnt reporting properly.
Unless you have a 260/270 cam in that thing, it wont run at 2 degrees vacuum at cruise. And if it was a vacuum leak at the manifold you would have nasty fuel trims to show for it.
Keep the same map, log the manifold vac signal. If it is above like 30kpa at idle for a stock tahoe, then you know the signal problem is liner.
