problems w 4x4

I had someone's stupid dog tear up a wire from the behind the right front tire I stripped it and put it back together but I went try my truck and notice when I put it in 4 wheel and make a left turn it comes to a compete stop I'll push the gas a bit and it feels as if I'm pushing the brake does anyone know what that could b the wire is located right behind the right front tire and runs along the bottom of the radiator
