The avital stops the engine when both of those things happen

Talked to the shop who did the wife's car. They said they cannot program our year trucks because the system is analog, only newer 07+ can be installed because they have a digital system.
But I wouldn't be surprised if they're wrong, most shops up here are garbage and don't know shit.

I have a 2004 Yukon Denali as well with the same remote and it has remote start. Haven't tried remotely starting it yet have to try that!

Was there a factory remote start for the nbs? I've never heard of it, and my Denali came fully loaded. I've seen aftermarket systems that tie into the factory alarm, though. I've been looking at buying one of those.

No 00-06 tahoe suburban or yukon ever came with facfoty remote start-someone tied into your factory system.

I have an 04 tahoe that came with an extra remote/fob, ..my guess is that it a remote start, but still havnt figured out how to do it yet...im gonna reach out to the PO. My Z71 seems to posess every possible option of the time, so this thread is interesting to me. I wouldnt doubt thst i have it and dont know it.
