Those look good, I know they must be custom built and probably ran like $500 or more!

Double that and add half. $1150 plus the Depo replacement lights off ebay. Not cheap but very well done. Parts were a little over 500. My Jetta OEM HIDs from Germany cost me more that that in '04, and now the set runs 2300!
Problem with the NNBS is there is not much room behind the lamp, with a big support pillar directly behind the low beam.

Well then, not something I will be doing anytime soon, but it looks sweet.

Easiest way is to remove the bumper fascia. The Z71 is different than the standard Tahoe with some hidden screws. In the fenderwell there are four 7mm screws and 3 christmas trees (barbed plugs) that are removed (per side) One of those is sneakily hidden in the back side of the bottom corner of the bumper cover - it attaches the black 'winglet'. On the bottom in front there are eight 7 mm screws and 2 more christmas trees. Four of those are hidden behind the black covers on each side. Then up top there are 6 (I think) 10mm bolts. After that, it pulls right off.
Lightwerks makes the lamps plug and play, and tests them. Install the harness (red to battery, black to ground) and find your location for the igniters. I mounted mine on the outside lower section of the fender where its covered by the bumper fascia. It was perfect. Everything plugs in and yer golden.
The DEPO lamps themselves are not perfect replacements as far as exact fit goes. Were I to do it again I would likely fight apart a set of OEM lamps.
