be on the lookout for your dash cracking on the steering wheel hump and by the passenger side airbag. This is a serious problem with these vehicles. GM knows about it but makes a repair decision case by case. A cracked dash is a serious safety issue if the airbags go off. Pieces of the dash flying around like shrapnel.

My dash is cracked too, but I bought the truck with over 100k on it...no way GM is gonna have anything to do with a replacement.
Who would I call Im having the same problem.... I live in Maryland?
