Just picked up my 07 tahoe ls, 4wd with 76k. i searched for months for a white with black leather in my price range. the dealer i bought it from installed black carpet, and black leather seats. they put aftermarket wheels on it which i am not a fan of, so they just became my winter wheels until i get my KMC slides in the spring along with my 2/3 drop. it did come from a police dept. but there are no holes in the roof, dash, panels or anything, just 2 stripes along the side which will definitely be removed. its the cleanest gov. vehicle I've ever seen, and i have owned a few. i have a few plans, and have already spent a pretty penny on some things. i will be sure to update the board on my build.

nice find! i just picked up a govt PPV tahoe myself. i love the stainless dash. so much better than the wood grain. im still on cloth seats in front, and vinyl in rear myself. leather might be an option down the road. only thing i miss is the center console. im trying to find one i can install. your truck looks very similar to mine. same front with the fog delete and all.
