Pulling the trigger!!!

Ok guys so I am pulling the trigger and doing norcalss 3/6 drop... I have decided to go with boss 313 series 22s but dont know what size to go with and what tire to go with....
My questions are..

What offset wheel with a 3/6 drop....
What width wheel should I go with....
What tire size do I need.....
