My truck rides like shit in the rear. Some of you remember I had a crazy vibration issue months back on my truck... to summarize, I did all the troubleshooting I could and just gave up.

So, the theory is now that the vibration is caused by my 5 inch rear drop springs that make the truck shake like hell because there is just not enough give in the spring for smaller bumps. I have BellTech Street Perf shocks which improved the ride slightly.

So I just ordered 5305 BellTech rear coils.... They are listed as a 4' drop without the spacers...and according to Max, there is no difference in height compared to 5' drop coils he's seen.

We shall see.....

I have the DJM ones and they are kind of starting to get on my nerves, a bit uncomfy, but the main issue is they are loud. They make alot of noises in the buckets even with isolators, so I may make a switch to.
So Boss, how much drop are you runnning right now, and what height are you at?
Compare them to the new coils so I know whehter I can get the same amount of drop I got with the DJMs.

You'll love em, I noticed a slight difference from those to my current 4230 coils but belltech makes good stuff. The progressive rate makes a good bit of difference on these trucks.

I think it's relative to what you are accustomed to, and that is going to affect your response to dropping your truck....I never even owned a truck! To make it worse, I had a BMW and an Infiniti that I drove daily when I dropped my Tahoe. So what I experienced was like a tiny rock in your shoe...you KNOW it's there and you notice it every single time you step on it! So I notice every single vibration...

My expectations are too high I think... but I will let you guys know what my picky ass thinks :)
