Clipped a deer so I'm gonna order a new set of headlights since my current ones are the originals and really glazed over. I also bought a replacement grill since my original chrome was cracked, and I'll be painting this one new black to match my body paint job.
I'm debating between black headlights (not smoked, just black background to them) or regular crystal OEM ones. I bought a pair of smoked headlights off eBay for my old Mustang and that was a mistake, so I'm looking to buy some headlights from a reputable company (where I don't need to use my own RTV silicone to seal them up, or have them not fit perfectly).
A lot of people recommend the LMC lights, but upon looking they don't have any complete 8 piece kits. Looks like each part needs to be bought separately, which can get pricey real quick. Looks like about $260 main beams, running lights, and corner pieces
I'm also debating these http://www.amazon.com/Trucks-Housin...TF8&colid=2Y38U63ZBZ01N&coliid=I3FVRPR2N2FKH1
Apparently I would need to seal up the side markers just to play safe. I plan on putting in Phillips CrystalVision lights as I have had good experience with them in the past, they are cheaper than the Silverstars, and supposedly they last longer too.
