Clipped a deer so I'm gonna order a new set of headlights since my current ones are the originals and really glazed over. I also bought a replacement grill since my original chrome was cracked, and I'll be painting this one new black to match my body paint job.

I'm debating between black headlights (not smoked, just black background to them) or regular crystal OEM ones. I bought a pair of smoked headlights off eBay for my old Mustang and that was a mistake, so I'm looking to buy some headlights from a reputable company (where I don't need to use my own RTV silicone to seal them up, or have them not fit perfectly).

A lot of people recommend the LMC lights, but upon looking they don't have any complete 8 piece kits. Looks like each part needs to be bought separately, which can get pricey real quick. Looks like about $260 main beams, running lights, and corner pieces :rage:

I'm also debating these http://www.amazon.com/Trucks-Housin...TF8&colid=2Y38U63ZBZ01N&coliid=I3FVRPR2N2FKH1

Apparently I would need to seal up the side markers just to play safe. I plan on putting in Phillips CrystalVision lights as I have had good experience with them in the past, they are cheaper than the Silverstars, and supposedly they last longer too.

Thanks, I went with a set of TYC Elegante headlights and parking lights off Amazon, couldn't beat their price of $125 for them. Just need to order some corner pieces off eBay and I should bet set :D

I had to replace mine a while back when a drunk hit my truck in the parking lot of a bar I used to work in, luckily I used to work for a autobody parts supply company and still get a really good discount!!!! I had to replace the grill, inner fender, bumper, fender, headlight, parking light, and marker lights, all new parts and it only cost me $200 total... just for all the lights on one side, headlight, parking light and marker and reflector I paid about $50, sorry I take that back, I also replaced the marker reflector and parking light on the drivers side and all were TYC lights, and they fit and look great!! best $50 bucks I ever spent!!
