Not really many 4.5" options.

Main options are Keys and spacer. Good for 33"

Body lift- 33"

Keys/spacer/body lift-35"

6" suspension-35-37".

I really just want to do some aggressive 285 or at most 33s what would be the best option for these for best ride and quality?

Buy keys and spacers off Amazon or eBay. I'm running 3" front and 1" rear and clear 285/70/17 with plenty of room. Will either be going to 295/70/17 or adding a body lift for 35" soon.

Keys, spacers, and Bilstine 5100's. Plenty to clear 33's

Rancho makes a solid 4" kit. I did the keys with 33s on my last truck and swapped it out for a suspension lift a year later, just didn't like the angles and ride. Though soon after putting on the 4" suspension lift I ended up adding a body lift and going with larger tires.... so 6" options aren't a bad idea from the start unless you're 1000% positive of wanting 33" max.

My "new" truck will get a 4" suspension lift and 33s, not messing with cranked bars this go around....but pretty positive I'm sticking with 33s this time

33's are as big as I want to go. I am basically just building a rig for camping and going wherever I need to and I think 33's will accomplish that.

That's what I'm building this time around too... It's to take my family of 6 to 4x4 access OBX beaches, skiing, pulling a travel trailer, etc.

Definitely recommend a good look at the Rancho. Also check out the Superlift.... I'm not sure if it's the same kit for the Tahoe, but that's what I ran on Silverado. I think it's advertised as a 6" kit but drops the diff 4 or 5", so can be run at the lower height with 33s and have flat angles on the suspension/drivetrain.
