I'm going to be replacing my two front hubs/bearings next weekend(2WD). Are there any bushings I should replace while I have it apart? It looks like I'll be removing the upper and lower ball joint bushings?

Make sure you have access to air tools or it will be a pita. I'd check over the inner and outer tie rod ends, pitman arm, idler arm, and the idler pivot assembly while you're under there as those are the most common problem areas with these trucks.

Its not hard to do and I did it with hand tools, but I'm in Texas and rust free. The hub actually fell out once I took the 3rd screw out lol! I'd 2nd what Max said, pretty much everything in this picture needs to be replaced starting with the pitman/idler arm and working your way out on mine..
