Question about swapping second row seats

I have a neighbor who's looking at 2007+ Suburban/Escalades, and they're trying to find one with a second row bench but find more with captain chairs.

From what I've read it sounds like a straighforward swap, that all the mounts are there, you just need the seats, and different carpet and maybe a few extra bolts?

Also, how different are the second row benches between models, like Burb vs. Escalade?

I'm trying to convince him that if he finds on with the wrong seat combination he can fix that easier than other issues.
