Ok so I have an in-person tune, and I need to take the truck in for warranty work. The side mirrors have gone to ish and one no longer folds in, where the other one does it very slowly. They said they would have to hook it up and try and reprogram it first before doing anything else, would the tune affect my warranty?

This is a case where the AutoCal comes in handy. You can flash back to stock prior to the dealer and return your tune when you leave.

Your mirrors are on the eBCM, which has nothing to do with the PCM. The problem is, the Techs will probably flash all your computers to stock settings.
